hi i am fmge student i pass my fmge exam last year and now in neet i scored 527 marks and my rank is 38506. so can i get ms/dnb (ortho/surgery) in any gov or privet College ( where fees are not to high) and can i apply for state quota in karnataka or Maharashtra.
