SC and ST category belonging students gets considerable concession in tution fees for any type of courses in IITs,NITs and IIITs..You don't get any concession in hostel and mess fees..

Hey Shashank

There are no  colleges as such you can attend for Company Secretary.But you can register for training outside starting with the foundation course. Company secretary coaching course (foundation level)  can take as long as 8 months. The fee for the same would be around Rs.3000-5000.
