Total fees is around 9 lakhs (without accommodations and food). I know it is bit expensive for average Indian family but then you can take loan or Scholarships.
But if you consider the quality of education then it is apt. It is way better than any private institutes.

the college is affiliated by dibrugarh university.
For mba full time fee is--39000/semester
For part time mba fee is 40000/year.
