    Well, if its isnt refunded yet then you should wait fir a while.A refund takes time of 7 days to 21 days depending upon bank and other stuffs.So, you must wait it will surely be refunded back to the account through which you made your payment.

    Dear aspirant, if you have not paid the fees for pgcet application , then your admit card will not be provided to you, so fees has to be paid in order to sit for the exam.
