According to your marks I am sorry you won't get a government college. But there are many good private colleges that are self financing. Some are

Fees are subject to revision from time to time as per University Circular (All figures in Rupees)

For three year llb course
Fee is about 6800 to 7000 for first year , for 2nd year 6200 to 6500 and for 3rd year 6500 to 6800 .

Your rank is very high . There is very less Chance of getting nit . You may get some lower nit like nit Hamipur , nit Nagaland , nit Mizoram etc .

the course fees range between INR 10,000 to 10 lacs for 4 years.

fees structure is almost the same as for any other branch of b.tech.
