The fee for Aeronautical engineering depends upon the institute you want to take admission. The course fee i.e. for 4 years ranges between 50000 to 5 lakhs. 

Every iits has different fee structure like 

• IIT Mumbai : 48000
• IIT madras: 96000( approx) 
• Amity university : 300000(approx)
• Manipal institute

the conveynor quota seat mean that it is free seat provided to student by government and the fee structure depends on on the caste category student belongs to if student is of bc category then he have to pay 15k and if student is st/sc or minority then

Fees for both courses is around 12-13  thousand rupees in DU.You can also get the detailed fees structure in the college website.

• Mostly in government college fee is around 30k - 50 k per annum 
• In private Universities / College's the fee is around 1 lakh - 1.5 lakh per annum.
