To study in Germany, You have to be eligible, so for that they have set certain standards. which are calculated in the exams that you give. GRE, IELTS TOEFL, etc you will have to take and score well.

There is no generic fee as it depends on the college like if you pursue this course from Govt college then the fee would be low in comparison to private ones so please be specific which one you are asking for.

The tuition fee can be anywhere around 15-16 lakhs. The hostel and mess expenses will be around 20-25K per term depending on your usage of the mess (how much are one's expenses in the night canteens/special dishes at meals etc.)
