No if you have not qualified in EAMCET then you are not eligible for fee reimbursement. Students studying in private universities or deemed to be universities, those pursuing distance education courses and those admitted under the management quota are not eligible for the scheme. With this rank I cannot see chances of getting a seat in top NITs, as per last years cutoff. For reference you can see last years cutoff for top NITs. For IIITs and GFTIs too i cannot see any chances.
