Most of the Indian institutions collect certain amount of fee from the students. Even government colleges also collect some amount of fee. Some colleges offer 100% fee waiver for highly meritorious students. Based on your interested institute and college, you can check for that.

see b.sc nursing entrance test is for admission in different government and private colleges for nursing admission. but if you have good score in 10+2 you may apply for various scholarships. some institute have scholarship schemes for economically weaker section students, however after 10+2 course some scholarships for students
