I tried To search for Fee waiver fee structure in asansol engineering college.but was not able to find any specific data. But here is a link of the regular fee structure. Looking at it I can say maybe Fee Wavier fees might Around 10k-15K a year.

Through India Jadavpur university is considered as the cheapest college to study Btech where fees is way low. So if you have payed Excess Fees maybe the will overlap. You amount paid in some other form like hostel or next year. So for a clarity contact the Jadavpur
