Hello
If you are studying in metro cities like Delhi, Bangalore then both girls and boys hostel facility is provided which will cost you around 1.2 lakh rupees per year for either girls or boys hostel, this fee also included with mess charges and depending upon some extra facilities ,this fee will raise like for AC room charges will be added and as per the students feedback till now there are positive responses for hostel rooms.
Since you didn't mention the course and city so I am assuming it as you want to ask about Metro Cities.

Hi there!
Well it is not possible to tell the exact fees structure if you do not mention the name of college, however the fees structure of colleges is depends on the various factors like whether the college is funded by Government or is it a private college.
Some of the colleges are Government still have private hostel, so the fees is depends on various factors like these.
However the fees of Government Engineering colleges is in between 3,50,000 to 7,00,000 and above 5 lakh to10 lakhs for private colleges excluding hostel and mess fees.
The hostel and mess fees also varies colleges to colleges, it is not universally fixed.
This is just a rough image for you to get an idea related colleges fees, if you want to know about the fees structure of any particular college please comment down the name of the Institute
Student,
It really depends on which branch and college you're going for. If you're seeking a government college you will have to give required entrances and score atleast above 95% marks for merit based scholarships in private colleges like VIT and even for admission in college like Delhi University. I hope it clears it up. All the best!
