the fee would be for the CHIRST UNIVERSITY engineering the admistration fee 5k which is non refundable where as for the first and 2nd year is 1.75 lakh per year where as for the 3rd and forth its 2.4 lakh per year and the hostel would be extra

Well there's nothing to worry about.You can apply for other colleges in second counselling and if you get a seat in other college and you accept the seat,money will be refunded from Gitam college and you will get your money back in a few days time.
