SRM takes a total of Rs.250,000 as tuition fee if you get admission in KTR Campus, for Ramapuram its 20,0000, for VDP campus its around 180000, and for NCR it gets a total of 175,000.

As you got 10000 rank in comedk, you are eligible for Bangalore Institute of Technology to get some branches of engineering (not all). According to previous year closing ranks, you may not get BIT CSE for 10,000 rank if you are under general quota.

It is very difficult to get MS ramaih medical college 

12588 was the cutoff rank for getting mbbs seat.

You can however apply to deemed universities of maharashtra where you will have better chances of getting a seat.

Both are the bits campus and have same fee structure. There is no difference as such
