So with regard of you're query. The fees of the engineering will depends of you're choice of selection. If you choose govt colleges then there will be less fees compared to private colleges and as per my research the min fee for engineering that you required for completions of 4 year is averagely 8laks-10laks.if you choose govt colleges that are local in your state, then the fee for 4 years will be averagely 4laks-6laks.
