The MIT net admission process is as follows :

1.once you 12th score, calculate your cutoff. If it is between 197-200 then you have a fair chance of getting into MIT at your preferred engineering course. 

2. If you are confident about above mentioned point then wait for counseling

There is no refund policy in the website nor will you get any refund.
