             Special round is a last counselling round only held by counselling authority only if any number of seats are left to be filled.There is no fees for special rounds. You chances to get seat in Electrical Engg. with this rank in Obc category is quite less.

The Postgraduate fee for design courses range from a very decent fee of under two lakhs (IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi and FDDI) to upwards nine lakh (UPES School of Design Studies and Srishti School of Design, Bangalore).

it is not confirmed that you will get some fees consession but yes osme ammount of consesion will be given to you. that will be in the hand of college department. as you rank and marks are good enough. in mn openion you  mat get the scholarship. all the best
