the charges are Rs.1,17,500 per semester campus maintainence 15k per year and the refundable caution money of 10k hostel charges are 24k for twin sharing and 34k for single room per sem mess fee is around 8k -10 k

In Anna University, non-tamilnadu students can only study in Other state quota or Management quota. So, in the case of otherstate quota, fee will be similar to that of govt colleges. but, in managemant quota seats, you'll have to pay higher fee. And, that may include capitation

Well the admission fees should cost you about 40–45k and the semester wise fees should cost you about 32–36k. The odd semester usually costs higher. Hostel fees should cost you around 15–20k.
