Fees through management quota depends on entrance exam rank as there will be 4 slabs and once after entrance exam results for exact fee structure and admission procedure. Admission will be possible only for students 12th class PCM percentage

Currently BITS Pilani, KK Birla campus in Goa doesn't offer management courses. You can try for the Pilani campus next year as the applications are closed for this academic year.

It depends on Rank what you score in COMED-K/ K-CET/ JEE and also the category you belongs to like GM, 2AG,3AG etc. Seats will be allocated to different category on different quota. Usually CSE/ECE branch seats are the one which gets allocated soon, If you are from GM

Their are many colleges which takes admission through both CET exam result and through Management quota. So if a student qualifies for the college through CET exam then they will have to pay CET quota fees or else if student didn't qualified in CET exam but seeks admission
