Hi, your question is incomplete. Which course do you wish to apply for. It depends on from where you wish to get your graduation and in which specialization. Every branch and every college or University have their own admission dates and procedures. There are different entrance exams and there are colleges that conduct their own entrance exams. If you are paying the fees of college itself then there must be payment link through which you can do net banking, debit card or credit card payments.

For debit card I would like to tell you that if you are paying for more than 50000 kindly check the limit for transaction. If you are paying to any counselling fee then also you need to visit the website and pay the fees.

Usually some institutes of higher education basically autonomous colleges, who works with quality education, good academic records aor in a specific area of study, is declared by Central Government or state government tu to be a deemed university.

The fee structure where is college to college and it is not specific fee structure for every college. However the course fee can ranges between 50k to 600k.
