See, it is very tough to comment whether you will be awarded scholarship or not becuase scholarship seats are limited to 204 only which includes different percentages of scholarship.

You can easily get admission in VIT Vellore Campus in Civil Engineering Stream. The previous year, closing rank for civil engineering was AIR 35000. Fees for B.Tech. civil engineering is 1,76,000 per year.
