I'm not sure abt the fee structure but you can surely get admission with scholarships.

If your main concern is related to fees you should go for IET College as it is government college and fee structure is less as compare to VIT. 

As per the ratings IET college has AAA+ rating which means good and VIT Vellore has AAAA+ rating which means outstanding.
