With 52 Percentile in MAT, it seems difficult to get a call from IPE . As around 70+ is cutoff expected for IPE Through MAT.

If you want to take a chance , you can fill it as they will call for GD PI but chances of selection depends on number of candidates filled, just like welingkar does.

• Candidates will be called for counseling based on the fulfilling requirement of minimum marks in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates can choose their program in a particular campus
• fulfilling the eligibility criteria and subject to the availability of seats at that point of time.
• Upon selection of programme,  tuition fees and other applicable fees have to be paid at the time of counseling

yes there are chnaces of getting admission in bvp demmed university in cs . and after the result you have to attend cpunseling that you will get delhi campus or pune campus and according to me you can easily geta dmission according to your rank in both of thr campus. all the best.
