Yes you are eligible to appear for NEET 2020. You need to be minimum 17 years of age by the 31st of December 2020. By your date of birth you'll complete 17 years in August 2020 itself. So it'll not be a problem.

The TANCET 2019 registration expected to starts on 3rd of april but right now there is no notification declare till date. Within few days notification will come out don't worry you will get details accordingly on their official website. Let's wait for some time.
