According to the latest updates by National Testing Agency, NEET Admit Card 2019 will release on 15th April 2019.

You can download it from the official website of the exam conducting authority that is National Testing Agency (NTA).

graduation degree from a recognized University.

so accoding to that you are not eligible for the SBI clerk Exam.

According to me go for UGAT because if you choose IPU CET exam the only option that you have is IPU and if you don't get good marks,no option is left for you.But if you choose UGAT there are many colleges come under UGAT
