Yes, you can change your photo and correct your examination code as well. The correction window will start from 14th January, 2019 and closed on 31st January, 2019.

JEE Exam would also be conducted again in April 2019. The application form for exam happening in April will begin on 8 February 2019 and will end on 7th March 2019. The admit card for the same would be

You can't apply the exam until unless there is a postponement done by the exam commitee itself.
That is not going to be happened.
So apply for other exams or wait for a year.
