Yes you can very much change the qualification code or anything that you have filled wrong by mistake during the correction window which will open from January 14, 2019. You can even change the mobile number and email Id entered by you.

Yes, you can apply for the NEET 2019 examination with D.O.B. which is in your 10th & 12th board certificates but you should submit your aadhar card for correction and for update with the appropriate information which are in your 10th & 12th board certificates.
