See the official site of AP PGCET 2019 was last updated when the result of AP PGCET was declared and there have been no updates ever since. The counselling should strat in the 3rd week of August or atleast by the 4th week with first allotment somewhere around

As you might be knowing for Mtech/ME admission through GATE and TANCET entry takes place through the counselling procedure named TANCA counselling. The Application form deadline ended on 10th of August if i am not wrong. The tentative dates should be somewhere in the 4th week of August.
