Once the fee is paid for GATE qualified students duringbthe counselling process. The next step is to report at the reporting centre for document verification. And it will tentatively be done in the fourth week of july.

Now the allotment of seats is scheduled to be in 29 July so the cancellation option will be available from 29 to August 1. 

You will get money back after few months .

The amount will be refunded completely

There is no official confirmation but it's expected to be August
