There is nothing like format in the medical certificate,if you need a medical certificate for your admissions or counselling procedure you can simply contact your family doctor or a doctor nearby your house and ask him whether he can issue a medical certificate for you or not.

The counselling of TS EAMCET 2017 will be conducted by JNTU Kakinada for qualifying candidates of TS EAMCET 2017. The counselling of TS EAMCET 2017 is expected to be held from the fourth week of June to the last week of July 2017.
