Withdrawing admission is pretty easy. You just have to hand over the required documents. However, in case you've already paid your fee, roughly only 70% will be given back to you.

Yes dear you can anytime withdraw from allotment.There is no issue regarding that.The institute will fill vacant seats in spot round.That is their headache and not yours.So,please choose the seat that you like most.They will withdraw you automatically from counselling if you not report there.
