Sorry to say, but you have missed the chance for the key changes. NTA opened the window for key changes from 27th may to 31st may 2019.

Yes there can be a rise of problem as the date of birth given is wrong. However this is just a mistake and you can improve it. You only have to contact the admin department of tnea and for that you can visit to its official website there

CAT is conducted once in a year in Nov month, whereas MAT is conducted 4 times a year in the months of feb, may, sept, and dec.
