1.a candidate needs to have passed 10+2 from a recognised board of Education.

2.the candidate must also possess valid KVPY/JEE/NEET UG score.

Unfortunately the last date of submission of application was on April 30,2019. You should have checked this much earlier.

There are some Domicile criteria, if you are coming under these then you can give entrance exam otherwise you are not eligible.

No, it is not done on seperate date. You can check the eligibility criteria for TNEA, get its application form and submit it after filling it.

As per your marks and category you can definitely get JNTU as the cut off for CE last year was 17.9.

Counselling dates would probably in the month of july.
