Yes, it’s allowed but I would recommend Aadhar Card to carry with you. 

Colour printout is not mandatory, but yes it helps you identify as it has a coloured photo. Anyways you will be required to carry a post card photo of yours to the centre.

Candidates qualifying JEE Main will need to appear for JoSAA 2019. Candidates have to register and fill their choices of colleges. 

The process will start tentatively from 3rd week of June online. Before seat allotment , mock seat allotment process is done by authorities in 2 rounds.
