Esic means your mother have employee registration and salary not exceed 21000 to 25000. And your father a government employee.

But you can get chance to admission esic medical college because your mother have the quota and insurable employment for minimum period of five years.

The final marks are the combination of interview and mains marks. So there is nothing like falling in UPSC interviews. UPSC has a certain cutoff for this total result.

Particularly for UPSC, your final score is the combination of interview and mains scores which includes all the GS and optional papers. So there is nothing like failing or passing in UPSC interviews. UPSC decides a specific cutoff for the final result.
