You can just directly enter Indian army.
You will have to first join the indian army services as an officer and then you will have to volunteer for GTO course and only after that you can move on be a psychologist in a selection board but that too depends

It is possible for you to go and work directly abroad for that there will be a difference in IELTS for getting a work permit you have to give General Module of IELTS.
