Hello Pal, Thanks for your question.
B. Tech is a full fledge program which runs for four years in every standard institution. Each year has two semesters. In case of diploma holders, you will get admitted in third semester or second year of B. Tech (Lateral Entry) program which is a three years program for you.
Like I said, B. Tech is a rigorous program in which you study mainly your core subjects every semester along with few electives’ subjects (depending upon your area of stream). Now, coming to your original question, you can do B. Tech through part time mode is from “The Institution of Engineers (IEI)”. The qualification which you will get is called AMIE (Associate Member of Institution of Engineers). But, in my personal opinion, AMIE is bit hectic, owing to the fact that you will have to study on your own and pass all the exams by studying course material which is sent to you.
What I will suggest to you is to pursue full time B. Tech course from a good institution in which you will do class room-based study. You will interact on daily basis with your professors and sort out any queries. Also, you do have to work in labs quite frequently which would only be possible in a main stream institute. A lot of activities are required to be done in your engineering program, e.g., project work, presentations, site or industrial visits, assignments, etc. All of these activities or tasks are feasible in regular mode only.
So, in my opinion, you can choose an institution which will impart a good education so as to provide a solid background to your engineer career. Please see below some of the good institutions in India which you can think of: -
I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if you need further help. Regards.

Part time MBA is only beneficial while you working for a company or doing a job,Part-time MBA programs are mainly structured for working professionals.
so that..
You can improve existing skills or develop new ones without impinging on your current job .
you can apply theoretical knowledge of classroom at their workplace and can see the effects immediately.
Because you are working, regular flow of income is there. This leads to less debt as compared to full-time.
you managing work as well as study so you have chances of promotion in your company as compared to others .
otherwise,It's really not a good idea to do part time MBA even you are not doing anything apart from this.. First of all ask yourself why do you want to do MBA ?? If it is regarding to increase your job options then prepare well for various MBA Entrance exams and join a better college or if it's just for name sake then do part time MBA ..!but still if u do a part time MBA from Mumbai university than u have less chances to get placed..you not get the exposure of that cousre u have only theoretical knowledge of that..which is not that much applicative in this competitive world..u should have some practical knowledge otherwise it is not worth for you..
