Is part time mba is valuable for me as i want to pursue for mba in finance and even i am working in a firm simultaneously. please help..

Sabuj Sinha 30th Aug, 2017
It actually depends on the number of years of work experience you have. If it is more than 5 years then you should go for an executive program or else the pgdm programmes. In Mumbai there are a number of colleges which offer executive MBA programmes. Some of them are listed below:
1. SPJAIN - PGEMP which is a 21 month programme for people with more than 5 years of experience.
2. JBIMS - Masters in Finance Management course
3. NMIMS - Executive MBA
4. IIM Indore Mumbai campus - PGPMX programme

what is difference between full time & part time mode of b.tech program?

Kamal Bhatt 28th Jan, 2020

There are Institutes which give part-time Engineering programs like IGNOU, Annamalai University, etc, but no part-time programs can stand equivalent to a

full-time engineering (https://dbgidoon.ac.in/)

program. The reason being,

1. The competitiveness of the full-time program, Entering a full-time Engineering is much tougher than a part-time program.

2. The kind of practical exposure required in the engineering program is only possible through a full-time program. So, definitely full-time Engineering students will have an upper hand on part-time Engineering graduate & advisable is that you should go for a full-time program.
