The placement depends 30 percent on the colleges and 70 percent on the amount of hard work you put in. 

A higher grade and higher recommendation from the faculty will place you better than an average student.

B.tech: Till 2016 all btech student having good CGPA were absorbed by ISRO but from this year(2017) onwards ISRO might come for campus placement but its not sure. So we are approaching companies for placements and succeeding also but it will take some time to achieve 100% placement
