Government polytechnic college situated in Jhansi is a public or government university that has good faculty and the fees are quite less. In case of placements around 55% students get placed with average salary of 3.5 LPA.

With the rank at hand, it will be very difficult to get into good government college. Also, if you get into any, the branches available might not be very appealing.
