IEM is the topmost private college in West Bengal. The college environment and the education provided here is exactly what any engineering student dreams about.
The faculties are well qualified but it depends on how you do your self-study and improvise yourself. Due to the shortage of time, it is not possible for the faculties to cover the entire syllabus, so you have to take care of that part by yourself.
The placement record of CSE is almost 100%. But in the end, it depends on your knowledge about the subject and how you perform in the interview.

Placements in the college are going on in full swing. The college provides good training for students to face the challenging questions posed by the interviewers. There are many workshops conducted to improve the managerial skills of students which mean a lot in the career ahead. Also, live-internships are offered to students wherein students take up live projects and contribute their analysis

Two year MBA/PGDM programme is offered by IBS Pune. Decent placement packages are offered by the institute. Top recruiters include HDFC Bank, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd., ICICI Bank, Tata AIG General Insurance, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance.
Also, among all the institutes IBS Ahmendabad is the most preferred in terms of placements, infrastructure, faculty and other factors.
According to Careers360, IBS Hyderabad has a rating of AAAA which means very good.
