I think you should go for IEM Kolkata, because they have high percentage of placements than Heritage Kolkata.
Though you said IEM has a bad college life but after all that matter is your success in career and I think the college life is not that bad at all.
The integrated post graduate program of IIIT Gwalior is quite good if you can get the Btech+Mtech course for IT. The MBA course is fine but you wouldn't get the same output that you would otherwise get from a good business school. So if you get Mtech in IT then
