The placements cell is established but the placements provided are average as it is a university. Some mass recruiters like TCS visit the campus but they are not sufficient for all students. Nearly 20% students get placements. The average package offered being around 4 to 5 LPA.

They organize regular training programs for students skill management, conducted by professionals. 

In house technical training is also provided to the students. 

The placement records have been impressive. 

Hello Sagar. NITs would be better than private colleges. But not all NITs. IT or CSE in CBIT, RNS, BNM would be better than IT or CSE in NIT Srinagar. Coming to placements college doesn't matter but the thing matters is your grip over the subject, knowledge and your skills.
