It is good that you have decided to do b.sc in agriculrure, afterall it is your choice. But as you say that you are weak in phy and maths and these two are most important subjects. Only 3 months left yes it is possible to cover these two subjects especially.

KVPY is a exam just like any other exam.There are few topics which need to brushed up.

Bio-11th and diseases from 12th

Chem-mostly organic(only 11th course and mainly given rxn. NCERT is best) and physical.

NTSE tests your basic aptitude skills in the common subjects till Class 10. It's obviously a known fact that the syllabus of CBSE and ICSE differs quite a lot and NTSE has a bit inclination towards CBSE.
