Follow only ncert text books for biology. Give special attention towards the examples , figures, scientists names, numeric values.. these are oftenly asked in aiims..

For physics and chemistry first follow Ncert books. As in aiims majority questions comes from ncert books. And try solving its excercise, and do solve

Follow on ncert books .. physics, chemistry, biology all are asked from ncert book. Prepare g.k also.. solve previous year papers.. give special emphasise on examples, figure, solved example questions, graphs etc etc. These are often repeated in aiims mbbs entrance exam. Prepare well and revise regularly.

There is no update for nios student for neet 2018. My suggestion is jst to wait for any declaration.
And for aiims you must go through ncert books thoroughly. They will build your concept clearly. And moreover question comes mostly based on ncert books. Besides you may follow

For JKCET, cut-off scores aren't that high. But that means competition is more. However, don't worry. Difficulty level isn't much high.
Study NCERTs thoroughly. For Physics you may refer SL Sharma or HC Verma also. For Chemistry, again NCERTs are enough.
