With a NEET rank of 8.6 lakh, chances for BDS in deemed colleges through counselling are very low because cut-offs are usually much higher. If the counsellor is saying “no chance” for round 2, they might be right based on seat trends.

So according to your NEET rank that is 24,661 and you belong to OBC category it is difficult for you to get a government MBBS seat because the ranks usually closed around 5000-8000 and your is way above that.

With the rank for 24661 it is not possible to get admission from the govt college with the lower cut off and if you are looking for private college with the rank you can get admission based your neet marks you should consider the neet counselling and take private college
