During the counselling the closing rank for B.Sc. agriculture was around 1200-1300 rank. So, you have very tough chances to get a government veterinary seat.
The allocation of seats depends on cutoff and it depends on various factors like;

It seems with 79595 rank it will be tough to get any government college in your region but you can get some of the private engineering institutions.
