Ranking
Hello there,
There is no provision for JEE ADVANCED in Qualification for JEE MAINS PAPER-2. For JEE advanced you need to attend the Jee paper 1(compulsory) . However if you want to pursue you career in architecture at IITs then you need to first qualify jee mains paper 1 ,then need to appear and qualify for Jee Advance exam and then sit for Architecture aptitude test(AAT) Conducted by IITs. Its basically a three step process.
Now, If you have achieved 8500 rank in jee main paper 2 ,you can definitely apply for NITs using JoSAA counselling. However it may be diffcult to say whether you may get any NITs with this percentile(if you are general category student) since they usually have a cutoff of around 97-98 percentile.
You can check your cutoff for B.Arch course in various NITs from this link

Good Luck !
Hello,
Your mark's is good but it's difficult to predict that you are getting which medical college or not.
Because you know this year cut-off marks is high than previous year. So it's difficult to get a chance government medical college with your rank. But you can try in private medical colleges for counseling. You can get any private medical college with this rank. But which college you get or where it's very difficult to tell. So you can go for counseling and you go through a link I'll provide you. Then it will easier to choose your college.

All the best.
With this rank i cannot see chances of getting a seat in NITs as per last years cutoff. https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-b-arch-b-planning
However you can go for other state counselings like M.P, Maharashtra, Punjab, etc, these states provide admissions in government as well as private institutes. You can use the college predictor tool to know about the colleges you might get based on you rank . https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-architecture-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hello
With 191 marks your rank must be around 643000.
With this rank the possibility of getting a mbbs college even in management quota nd with fees less than 1 lakh is really slim.
For bam, under SC category you can manage to get a seat with a rank till 500000 but with your rank the chances are not high however I will still recommend you to go for the AYUSH Counselling.
To check out the cutoff ranks of different colleges in Karnataka(including cutoff for AYUSH colleges) you can click on https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka
With your rank and category the chances of you getting a seat in All India Quota are slim.In the Karnataka state cpounselling too the chances of getting a government college for both MBBS and BDS are less. However you may get a seat in Ayush Counselling in Sri Kalidasa Ayurvedic Medical College, Badami
Gavisiddeshwara Society`s Ayurveda College, Koppal Dist
Sharada Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Yadgiri
KRISHNA AYURVEDIC MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL, SANKESHWAR, BELGAUM DT
Bhagavan Budha Homoeopathy Medical College, Mallathahalli BANGALORE
A.M.Sheik Homoeopathy Medical College, Belgaum
Bharatesh Homoeopathy Medical College, Belgaum
H.K.E.Society Homoeopathy Medical College, Gulbarga
Sri Sathyasai College of Homeopathic Medicine, Dharwad
Alvas`s Homeopathic Medical College, Dakshina Kannada
Govt. Unani Medical College, Bangalore
H.M.S.Education Society Unani Medical College, Tumkur
Hence I would insist you to go for Karnataka NEET counselling for AYUSH courses if yu want to join in this year.

Last year the cut off for 2A categories as per first round of Karnataka counselling was -
So bases on this, it is difficult for you to get a medical seat under 85% State Quota in Karnataka. However, keep in mind that cut off varies every year depending on the number of qualified candidates and the number of seats available. To get a list of colleges in which you can get MBBS/BDS seat, you can use NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
