Going by last year's cutoffs, with this rank you can expect government quota seats in private Medical colleges such as
Under 85% state quota. But keep in mind

According to your jee mains rank, it is very difficult to get into top 20 nits . But if your home state is Meghalaya ,manipur ,Nagaland then you have chances little to get seat in csab rounds. But other than this it is difficult to get into

According to your jee mains sc category rank, you stand a good chance for your home state nit that is mnit jaipur and there is good chances for you to get metallurgical and materials engineering. But other than this branch it is difficult to get any other branch
According to your rank if your home state is jharkhand west bengal you can surely get metallurgical branch in nit jamshedpur or nit dgp and other paralIel nits. I would personally recommend you to choose your home state nit with this rank as it would be more beneficial
