Firstly I would like to defer that rating of all college are different and every college has some speciality so we can rank them but I can tell you some best college in West Bengal.
I am sorry to say that this is not a rank that lets you choose among different colleges.But if you are sc , or st from karnataka then you can get into colleges like SJCE, or vidyavardhaka in merit.

it's actually the fact that no one can predict your rank by mark as it depend all upon the number of student appeared in particular year and the level of question asked in that year also it depend upon many other unpredictable factor like what type of student really shows
KCET rank will be calculated by considering the performances in KCET and QE (qualifying examination) as well.I will explain with an example ,let us assume that u have scored 131/180 in KCET and 288/300 in QE,then your % marks in KCET is 72.77% and in QE it is 96% now
