Yes,you may get seat in cse because cuttoff are not exact but they are accurate.cutoff will changes every year because it's based on number of students and number of seats etc..these parameters change the cutoffs .so it's clear you may have chance to get seat in cse .the purpose

With a score of 66.26 percentile either options seem to be difficult as in MIT you would have to give the MET and as far as NITs are considered you can get admitted only above 95 percentile.But still you can aim for some other private colleges like LPU
